Shipping policy

We know that you’re excited to receive your Oxford Boutique order and that you just can't wait to receive it. We can't wait for you to experience the unwrapping of our products.

Rest assured that we’re working hard to get your jewellery to you as quick as possible.

 

UK FREE STANDARD (MAINLAND UK)

These orders are shipped with Royal Mail and should arrive between 2-5 working days after placing your order. (Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not working days.)  

(Please note, personalised items are made to order and take 2-4 weeks to produce + ship)

UK NEXT WORKING DAY (MAINLAND UK) - 3pm Cut Off

These orders are shipped with Royal Mail and should arrive the next working day if ordered before 3pm. 

Orders received after 3pm or on a non-working day will be processed and dispatched on the next working day, ready for delivery the next working day.

Weekends and bank holidays are not working days. 

CUSTOM PRODUCTS

The shipping method you select, will be applied to your order, once production has finished. For example: If you have selected next working day delivery with your personalised item, your jewellery will be sent out with the next day delivery, we once the item has been made.
